2. SMS Program Description

Our SMS program provides property management communications and allows us to send you text messages about:

• Service updates and notifications
• Important account information
• Property-related communications
• Customer service and support
• Marketing and promotional messages (if applicable)

Example messages may include: Lease renewal reminders, maintenance appointment confirmations, payment due notifications, community event announcements, move-in/move-out information, emergency alerts, special offers, and property updates.

Important: Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice.

3. Consent and Opt-In

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in, you certify that you meet this age requirement.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you:

• Consent to receive SMS messages from us at the number provided
• Confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number
• Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or lease
• Agree that message frequency may vary based on your account activity and our communications
• Acknowledge that messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system

Number Changes: If you change your phone number or switch mobile carriers, you must opt in again with your new number to continue receiving messages. We are not responsible for messages sent to a phone number that is no longer yours.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and our operational needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan's rates and fees.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

We are not liable for:

• Delayed or undelivered messages
• Charges from your mobile carrier
• Issues arising from carrier service interruptions
• Any damages resulting from your use of the SMS service
